Job Overview
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, addressing customer issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our Operations, Product, and Account Management teams. Your day-to-day activities will be a mix of independent work and collaboration with other Customer Success Representatives, with minimal oversight. As the operational eyes and ears of our business, you'll be the customer's advocate, always keeping their experience at the forefront of your mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production, proactively addressing signs of poor health and promptly responding to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Communicate effectively with blithequark's Operations, Product, and BPO leads to resolve issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing, escalating to Account Management and Leadership as needed.
- Support the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in blithequark's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions.
- Maintain and contribute to blithequark's knowledge base for customers, assisting in the creation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track and document all activities in HubSpot, following up on open tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
- Contact Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
