**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting inbound, outbound, and email responses to ensure effective communication with stakeholders
* Directing shareholders to the correct resources for voting on Board of Directors, ensuring that they have the necessary information to make informed decisions
* Collaborating with internal clients to develop and implement effective shareholder communication strategies
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to measure the success of our campaigns
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
* Excellent speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Strong grammar and English language skills, with the ability to read and correct errors
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a similar customer service role, with a focus on shareholder communications
* Knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

* Windows 10 or 11 operating system (no Mac, Chromebook, or Lenovo)
* USB headsets (no wireless)

* Ability to come off mute when called on, participate in chat, and have materials open and up-to-date
* Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Hourly rate: $20.00
