Job Overview
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, assisting customers and helping turn their days around. Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, or auto glass shops using scripted prompts
- Accurately enter claim data into our production systems while on a live phone call
- Effectively and compassionately guide customers through the process of filing a glass claim, engaging in authentic conversations that build rapport and focus on each customer's specific needs
- Verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts, communicating the information to the customer in a clear and concise manner
- Assist customers with scheduling repair, replacement, and/or recalibration services at a blithequark location or at a non-blithequark shop, honoring the customer's preference
- Utilize systems and resources provided to enhance the overall customer experience
- Provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns, presenting the most accurate product and service information
- Perform other duties assigned by leadership
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Must reside full-time in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas
- Must be able to provide your own equipment, including a personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 or higher, high-speed internet, and a USB wired headset
- Must have a distraction-free workspace that is free from background noise and interruptions
- Must be comfortable working in a highly structured performance-based environment, demonstrating high ethical and confidentiality standards
- Must have knowledge of computer and telephone systems, with the ability to operate those systems with confidence in a remote environment
- Must have a desire to establish rapport and credibility with customers, stores, and peers, with a caring heart and service mindset
- Must be able to read and utilize provided scripting in a conversational and timely manner
- Must demonstrate a high level of empathy and integrity, always doing the right thing
- Must have an upbeat personality and be able to show an authentic willingness to assist our customers
- Must be 16 years of age or older, with a High School Diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled

- Previous experience working in a contact center or other customer service role
- Experience with auto glass or insurance industry
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
