**Key Responsibilities**
As a part-time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Answering Phones and Responding to Orders**: You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* **Handling and Resolving Client Complaints**: You will work closely with clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, providing empathetic and effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
* **Triage Incoming Faxes**: You will triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
* **Clarifying Orders**: You will clarify orders as needed, ensuring that all necessary information is obtained and that orders are processed correctly.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License**: You must hold an active license as a pharmacy technician in the state of New Jersey.
* **Previous Experience in Pharmacy**: You must have previous experience working in a pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures.
* **LTC Pharmacy Experience Preferred**: While not required, experience working in a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
* **Knowledge of Brand Name and Generic Medications**: You must have a strong understanding of brand name and generic medications, including their uses, side effects, and interactions.
* **Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills**: You must be able to work accurately and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* **Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills**: You must have moderate to advanced computer skills, including experience with data entry software and other relevant systems.
* **Great Telephone Etiquette**: You must possess excellent telephone etiquette, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
* **Frameworks / ECM Knowledge a Plus**: While not required, knowledge of frameworks and electronic medical records (EMRs) is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: While not required, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
* **Certification as a Pharmacy Technician**: Certification as a pharmacy technician is highly preferred.
