Key Responsibilities

File disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts and ensure their debit cards are shut down for safety
Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all customer interactions, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently
Work a non-traditional schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely manner
Problem-solve and think critically to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, with an Associate's degree preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Background check required
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional support
Ability to use a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no WiFi)
Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) smartphone required
Ability to problem-solve and think critically to resolve complex customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on phone customer service, collections, telemarketing, and sales
3 years of experience using a PC or laptop, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
