As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client information. **Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data into internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases
* Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses and contact information
* Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure integrity of client taxes
* Maintain accurate account information and ensure data consistency
* Collaborate with our team to resolve any data-related issues or concerns
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
* Experience working with databases and data systems
* Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
