About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Customer Experience Advisor to work remotely from Nashville, TN, and be an integral part of our customer service team. As a CX Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing but wonderful
- Learn and efficiently use our internal management system to process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments
- Analyze trends and pain points to develop innovative solutions that optimize each customer's experience
- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via video calls
- Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and distractions
- Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection and access to your router
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Customer service experience, particularly in a remote or virtual environment
- Experience working from home or in a self-directed setting
- Familiarity with internal management systems and communication software
- Knowledge of the arenaflex brand and products
