You'll learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships. You'll also use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments. And, you'll dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live chat * Learn and efficiently use our internal management system to process sales orders and maintain customer relationships * Interact with teammates, management, and other departments using internal communication software * Identify and solve customer pain points to optimize their experience * Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative solutions to customer challenges * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience **Who You Are** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You're a creative and innovative problem solver who can think outside the box and adapt to changing situations. You're a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience. You're eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, and you're highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows. **Requirements:** * Ability to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls * Quiet workspace with minimal noise (e.g., home office) to fulfill shifts * Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Availability evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router * Laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided * Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit:** * Customer service experience * Experience working from home **About Our Team Culture** At arenaflex, we believe in creating a workplace that's inclusive, equitable, and transparent.
