Key Responsibilities

- Maintain world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics, identifying opportunities to exceed service requirements, and building relationships with customers and contacts.
- Establish and maintain world-class customer relations by developing a rapport, actively listening, and providing consultative support and recommendations.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by keeping information confidential and suggesting alternatives to out of stock or limited quantity items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, which may include participating in training sessions, attending team meetings, and contributing to process improvements.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
