As an Owner Service Agent, you'll be the frontline representative for GE Appliances, providing top-notch support to our customers across the USA. This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. You'll be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and fax, resolving issues, and providing product information and registration services.
