The Role
As an Online Marketing Client Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our clients' email marketing campaigns and fostering strong relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and executing successful email marketing campaigns, with training provided to ensure your success
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Conducting video sales calls with clients, effectively communicating their needs to the marketing team, and breaking down information into actionable tasks
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, increasing revenue and expanding client relationships
Email Marketing Campaign Management
- Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive results
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective email marketing strategies
Communication and Collaboration
- Effectively communicate client needs to the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Native-level English, both written and spoken
- 30 mbps wifi speeds
- The ability to hold a video sales call from a quiet location, on European business hours
- A laptop
- A phone able to support the latest version of Line2, Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business

- Previous experience in online marketing, client management, or a related field
