As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls. Essential Functions
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, with our support and guidance every step of the way.
- Work independently, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision, as a self-motivated and flexible team player.
- Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Ability to make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard, demonstrating your integrity and commitment to excellence.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, as a foundation for your future success.
- Designated space and internet capability to work from home, allowing you to work comfortably and efficiently.

- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience, demonstrating your technical skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
