Key Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a multifaceted role that encompasses various aspects of HR operations, customer support, and team collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure we attract top talent.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team and provide a seamless transition into their new roles.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and effective support.
- Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Training & Development:
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Track and report on employee training progress to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant work environment.

- Support & Coordination:

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Experience:
