Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team as an email and chat support specialist. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days spent in our state-of-the-art office and 3 days working remotely each week. As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email and chat, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Quickly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, working with other departments to address and resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills
