We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multi-National Travel Program Specialist to join our Travel Program Management (TPM) practice line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting services to our multi-national clients, driving travel program optimization, and delivering exceptional results. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of travel data and related processes, with the ability to analyze spend and trends. You will also require excellent technical skills in travel technology, including online booking systems and reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, dedication to quality, adaptability, and change management, are essential.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality, is required. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel management or consulting is preferred, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000, depending on experience and skills. This role is also eligible for an annual Performance-Based Incentive, based on company performance.
