As a Project Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Project Associate Duties:
- Retrieving patient medical records from various hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in the appropriate formats for both internal and external audits.
- Extracting and entering necessary information from and to hospital patient accounting systems, maintaining data integrity.
- Making phone calls to post-acute healthcare facilities to obtain required patient information, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Running and creating reports, analyzing data to support project objectives.
- Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry tasks as needed by the recovery team, showcasing adaptability.
- Scanning and indexing documents, ensuring they are properly organized and easily accessible.
Essential Qualifications
