As the first point of contact for users reaching out via live chat, you will provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all customers using KANSASWORKS.com. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist with account-related tasks, and guide users in navigating the platform to meet their specific needs.
