Job Overview
As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our site visitors, responding to their inquiries, and connecting them with our practice-based professionals. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all live chats are managed with care, professionalism, and a sense of urgency, ultimately driving sales growth and contributing to the achievement of our strategic goals. This is a computer-based role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations, and provide relevant information in accordance with approved scripts
- Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure exceptional customer service
- Follow our lead journey process, focusing on both quantity and quality, and collaborating with Leadership to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals
- Assist with practice location efforts, provide accurate information, qualify leads, and perform sales-related administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in training sessions, adhere to company policies, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Engage in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our organization's values and goals. These include:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
- Experience using a CRM tool, such as Intercom or Salesforce
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
- Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations
- Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or time zones in between), with flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
