Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $23 - $25 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility). We also offer a flexible work schedule, with the possibility of remote work after the initial training phase.
