We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing professional, accurate, and empathetic support to patients, providers, and members, with a focus on servicing Veterans and their families. To succeed in this role, you will need a quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions, with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50Mbps down / 7 Mbps up) and a wired internet connection (LAN) preferred. You will also need to be able to perform basic troubleshooting with phone support from our tech team and have the ability to use company-provided equipment, including a computer, monitors, webcam, headset, and cables.
We offer 5 weeks of live, paid virtual training, which will be conducted via MS Teams. It is essential that you attend all training sessions with your camera on, in full-view, and with full engagement, as this will be critical to your success in this role. Please note that no absences are allowed unless in emergency situations, and full attendance is required to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay rate of $17.75/hour, plus an additional $5.36/hour applied toward health and welfare benefits or retirement, depending on your benefit election. If you do not require health benefits, the $5.36 per hour will be placed in a 401(a)-tax deferred account, with 3% of the funds matched by blithequark.
