Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government Programs Customer Service Vendor Liaison to join our team. As a liaison between blithequark and our vendor's customer service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and quality service delivery. This is a fully remote opportunity, with occasional requirements to commute to our Farmington Hills, MI office for team meetings, collaborative sessions, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training sessions to ensure vendor customer service representatives (CSRs) are well-informed about blithequark products and services.
- Communicate plan updates and changes to the vendor's customer service department to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
- Ensure compliance with plan regulations and guidelines by monitoring vendor activities and providing necessary guidance.
- Coordinate call calibrations to maintain consistency and quality in customer service interactions.
- Assist with oversight activities, including reviewing vendor CSR calls and scorecards to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct live listening sessions of vendor CSR calls to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review call metrics reports and CSR performance reports to monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
- Work with the vendor to address deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in meetings, audits, trainings, and business improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate and communicate closely across departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures required for effective vendor management.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
