Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers via phone and email, providing support and guidance on energy-related queries
• Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers
• Contribute to the development of our customer service operations, sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications
