Job Summary
As a Revenue Management Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and providing insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies, manage revenue, and drive business performance. This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain revenue management approaches for high-priority business initiatives
- Perform independent revenue performance analysis on various subjects and act as the first point of contact for drive refreshes, requests for information, questions, or excellent endeavors
- Lead support on highly visible company-wide projects by providing ad-hoc analysis and insights to inform business decisions
- Contribute to developing frameworks and business intelligence from qualitative and quantitative data
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business relationships to achieve business targets
- Help solve complex issues and act to address them comprehensively
- Support cross-functional initiatives and lead meetings with key stakeholders at all levels
- Develop and present key information, including business cases, reports, and other materials that support planning efforts
- Train, mentor, and guide colleagues to develop their business acumen and specific skills
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree in a related field (e.g., economics, finance, business administration) preferred
- Significant experience in revenue management, pricing, or a related field; experience in the airline industry a plus
- Advanced knowledge of macro and microeconomic principles and practices
- Strong understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and ability to learn new systems and tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
