Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full-time remote data entry representative to join our team! As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business processes. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately post internal trade positions for addressed partners to offer, according to lawfully binding courses of action.
- Bid Management: Prepare for the conceding process upon bid end, making, sending, and recording advancement bid award letters and records.
- Document Management: Create, track, and maintain various records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Stamp Management: Stay aware of, demand, perceive, and survey stamps for Tech Activities staff.
- Administrative Support: Provide support when and where required, maintaining office supply stock and initiating division supply orders when necessary.
- Work Schedule: Work fundamentally Monday through Friday, and complete the week and events as required.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an office setting, preferably in data entry or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or higher.
- Experience: Experience with legally binding agreements and onboarding consistency processes.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data management software and tools.
