Job Overview
As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and communicating with other departments. Key Responsibilities
- Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Format Excel orders as needed, using your knowledge of spreadsheet software to optimize data entry processes.
- Set up Profiles for all Excel orders, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner, meeting demanding deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently, meeting deadlines for Treasury and maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Execute Customer Gift History lists, using your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Enter Catalog requests and address changes, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
- Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information, utilizing all available resources to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 6 months of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Typing speed of 35 wpm, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to produce high-quality written communications.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with other spreadsheet software, such as Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc.
