Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by accurately entering data and assisting customers with their production orders. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid remote setup, offering flexibility and convenience. Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses.
- Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital database systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Sort and organize data, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Manage either inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verify information provided to us by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information, ensuring accuracy and validity.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as required by Blithequark, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
- Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately, with a stable internet connection and computer-savvy skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work with process and information changes, and demonstrate abilities to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Ability to support a work-from-home (WFH) setup, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with digital database systems, online databases, and data management tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and precision in data entry and customer service interactions.
