About the Role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll address concerns, provide support, and resolve issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of healthcare products and/or services
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
- Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience in a healthcare or related field is highly desirable
- Strong computer navigational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension abilities
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
We'd love to see:
- Previous experience in healthcare customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare products and services
- Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
Work Environment
As a work-from-home representative, you'll need:
- A private residence with a dedicated workspace
- A reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only)
- A computer and phone system (provided by Blithequark)
- A webcam (may be required)
- An ISP that meets minimum download speeds of 10 Mbps and upload speeds of 3 Mbps
