Key Responsibilities

• Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan supports
• Escalate emergencies to appropriate staff
• Provide member-related information to answer unasked questions, such as plan details, benefit information, and self-service tools
• Explain member rights and limitations as per contract

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Customer service experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
• Experience in a production environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
