About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Member Florists, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have with their statements or orders. This is a work-from-home position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to questions regarding member statements and florist order disputes via email and phone, providing professional and courteous service.
- Process requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating all information provided by the member prior to submission.
- Accurately document all calls in the 360 application, ensuring that all interactions are properly recorded and easily accessible.
- Consistently achieve key indicators and performance standards as defined by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with quality service by following defined company policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive.
- Read and retain information from departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials to effectively service customers, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with members of management and peer coaching, to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What We Seek
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Inbound call center experience desirable, although not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
