Key Responsibilities
- Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure high-quality results
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and applying data program techniques and procedures
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data integrity and security
- Scanning documents and printing files, as needed, and maintaining confidentiality and complying with data integrity and security policies
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Professional Data Entry Keyer at blithequark, you will need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
- Experience: Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office and data programs, as well as familiarity with administrative duties
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent typing speed and accuracy, ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, and good communication skills
