Our Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization is at the forefront of this mission, using innovative products, partnerships, marketing, and customer experiences to create marketplace demand and drive commerce for arenaflex. **The Role** As a Senior Developer in our OnBrand Production team, you'll play a critical role in developing forward-thinking digital solutions that drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences, ensuring that best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation. **Responsibilities** * Execute development for a range of multiple parallel project engagements, leveraging your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver high-quality code for digital platforms. * Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, ensuring that they meet industry standards and best practices. * Partner with the UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences, driving creative solutions that meet business objectives. * Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard. * Provide proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight for developers on project-based work, helping to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements. * Ensure that all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use. * Partner with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and use learnings to optimize overall development processes. **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on digital platforms and customer-facing applications. * Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in front-end development and user interface design. * Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Experience with accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use best practices. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with arenaflex's technology stack (e.g., React, Node.js, MongoDB). * Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. * Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Enzyme). * Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility guidelines. * Experience with cloud-based development environments and deployment tools (e.g., AWS, Docker). **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong understanding of web development best practices and industry standards. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills and career.
