**Job Summary**
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality digital experiences that meet the needs of our Corporate and Speculation Banking clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, client needs, and technical requirements. Your expertise in user experience (UX) and visual design will help shape the future of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with peers, product owners, and development teams to prioritize and plan work based on client needs and business goals
* Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business drivers, product requirements, client needs, and technical considerations
* Ensure design deliverables meet extend goals through design delivery and show-and-tell sessions with partners
* Provide product usability, assessment, and support to product development teams
* Foster relationships with stakeholders, gather feedback, and effectively share design methodologies
* Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, managers, and directors to resolve issues and achieve objectives
* Guide teams to be more client-driven and creative in delivering remarkable new experiences
* Work collaboratively with product and technology peers, and other key partners
* Contribute to the establishment of design standards and guidelines
* Champion design integrity through adherence to processes and established best practices
* Identify and evaluate industry trends and their impact on the company's product design direction
* Participate in the development of the design community within and outside arenaflex
**Required Capabilities**
* 3+ years of experience in online and digital product design, data sciences, visual, and realistic expressions, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Strong UX and visual design skills and proficiency in standard design tools, specifically Figma
* Ability to communicate effectively and powerfully to convey design solutions to a wide range of stakeholders
* Knowledge of various resource classes, dashboard design, and complex conditional design
* Comfortable with ambiguity and able to freely shape and drive work
* Experience designing successfully within a standards-driven, agile design environment
* Experience working with digital design systems, contributing to style guides, and delivering digital resources for development teams
* Must be conscientious, efficient, able to manage multiple tasks, and focus on various assignments
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have an up-to-date online portfolio and CV/resume
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience in designing for complex, data-driven applications
* Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
* Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
* Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods
* Experience in leading design teams or mentoring junior designers
