**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Sales Representative – International WebChat Outbound Sales - Late Night/Early Morning Shift, you will be responsible for promoting sales to direct consumers through various channels, including webchat and phone. You will be working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, and will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Promote sales to direct consumers through webchat and phone, identifying travel needs and presenting/explaining arenaflex products and making travel recommendations
* Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
* Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining consumer prospect lists/contact database to identify client travel trends
* Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate arenaflex product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations
* Participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
* Participate in department-approved mass e-mail campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles
* Perform other job-related functions as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred; Cruise sales a plus
* Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally
* Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries
* Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven
* Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Fluency in any language other than English; if so, which one?
* Experience communicating with guests/clients via live chat
* Ability to work in a late night/early morning shift, including weekends
* Availability to work any possible schedule, including split shifts

* Competitive salary range: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan

- M, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun (split shift): 8am-12pm & 7pm-11pm
+ You must be available to any possible schedule, you will be assigned an open schedule based on the needs of the company. Are you open to ANY possible hours above?
