We are seeking an experienced full stack data scientist to join our Information Researcher, Investigation team at arenaflex. As a data scientist, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and support to various teams, including stage, administration, and functional design groups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions, develop strategic plans, and execute research projects. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with stage and administration teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business decisions
* Develop and maintain data instrumentation, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence and analytics
* Design and implement data surveys, metrics, and KPIs to measure business performance
* Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and execute research projects
* Provide data analysis and support to various teams, including functional design groups
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making
* Identify and address ambiguous issues and develop solutions to complex problems
* Recognize trade-offs between speed and quality of various methodologies
* Develop logical structures to measure group performance and track data to identify areas for improvement
* Operationalize data cycles to provide real-time analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in a consumer web business or high-growth product or team
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
* Experience using data to drive business results and inform strategic decisions
* Familiarity with data analysis and communication, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPIs for business success
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
* Four-year college education
