Your key responsibilities will include: * Accurately entering shipment data into UPS software systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring all details are up to date and discrepancies are addressed promptly. * Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation. * Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies, providing timely and effective solutions. * Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates. * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information. * Troubleshooting minor issues with UPS systems and shipments, resolving problems efficiently and effectively. * Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting, to support the growth and development of our business. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies. * Experience with UPS or similar shipping platforms is a plus, but not required.
