**The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us transform our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics and insights capabilities. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us unlock new insights and opportunities, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with our Utility Teams to outline, build, and capture business needs, and develop a deep understanding of our VOC methods and analytics capabilities.
* Design and build robust data models to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
* Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python).
* Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.
* Develop and implement software program programs, testing, and automation tools to support VOC analytics and insights.
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including the ability to deliver small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
* Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
* Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations.
