**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the administration of key seller connections, including monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations. You'll be responsible for accumulating and analyzing data for presentations to Senior Management, performing daily reviews that may impact business performance and decision-making, and collaborating with various experts and stakeholders as needed. You'll also be expected to learn, maintain, and influence automated reporting processes, use data visualization tools to demonstrate business KPIs, and provide project support and guidance to other colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities**
* 25% Key Analysis/Critical Thinking: Attempt to thoroughly understand business operations; identify and execute process and hierarchical improvements. Design and ensure execution of financial division targets.
* Responsible for planning annual confidential name Mastercard budget for all items and business lines. Lead financial forecasting capability and make suitable recommendations.
* 25% Foster systems that incorporate financial products and services into core businesses and new key initiatives. Own and oversee activities to ensure timely completion and best quality. Create and execute detailed project plan/execution plans.
* 25% Accumulate and analyze data for presentations to Senior Management. Provide project support and guidance to other colleagues. Review and change/endorse their project plans and decisions on a case-by-case basis.
* 25% Assess financial and functional/quality consequences of new projects against predetermined objectives. Decide if projects should be carried out, make suggestions to Senior Management and, if relevant, help with creating execution procedures
**Direct Chief/Direct Reports**
This position typically reports to Senior Director of Payments or Chief Payments. This position has no Immediate Reports.
**Travel Requirements**
Normally requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.
**Physical Requirements**
Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
**Working Conditions**
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be rare and not frightening.

* Capacity to decipher complex information using Microsoft Excel and Access
