**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining complex data models and algorithms using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
* Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business growth and improvement initiatives.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
* Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams.
* Utilizing cloud computing platforms, such as Azure/Databricks, to query and analyze large datasets.
* Designing and implementing data pipelines, data warehouses, and serving engines to support business intelligence and analytics.
* Working with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, to build predictive models and prescriptive solutions.
* Developing and maintaining software applications using programming languages, such as Python and PySpark.
* Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data-driven solutions.
* Providing analytical support to business stakeholders, including data visualization, reporting, and insights.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
* Advanced degree in a STEM field, such as a Master's or Ph.D.
* At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models.
* Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages.
* Experience with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and selection, pattern detection, distribution analysis, visualization, and insight extraction.
* Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K-means, and anomaly detection.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Ph.D. in a STEM field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
* Experience working with IoT and Edge AI.
* Experience in Reinforcement Learning.
* Experience in Healthcare.
