As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient data, managing pharmacy operations, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. This is a full-time, remote-based position with an immediate start available. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute medical services methodologies and drive patient care outcomes by analyzing and interpreting patient data * Develop and implement patient intervention programs to improve health outcomes and drive business growth * Ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services by executing against established partner programs * Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient care outcomes * Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a representative and contact for the organization * Provide expert guidance and support to pharmacists and field leaders * Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy industry trends and required licensure * Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this record as allocated by management **Work Liabilities:** * Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to: + Drug Treatment Management programs + Vaccination Services + Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by: + Analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes + Observing and examining results + Executing changes * Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives * Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs) * Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership * Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities * Advance collaboration and inspire pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity **Fundamental Capabilities:** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues is necessary * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Favored Capabilities:** * Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities for professional certification and licensure **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have a knack for data analysis, we want to hear from you!
