Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing medical services methodologies and driving patient wellbeing results. You will be responsible for executing patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including data entry, patient care, and pharmacy operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes * Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives * Execute and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance * Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs) * Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership * Support staff training experiences and career development opportunities * Advise and support pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with varying completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues is necessary * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Qualifications** * Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Familiarity with computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary starting at $27/hour * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities, including training and education * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
