As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our Utility Teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs. You'll grow your knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and building robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with Utility Teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs
* Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
* Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
* Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique
**Essential Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS)
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Certification in data science, machine learning, or related fields
* Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
