**Job Description:**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be critical in helping us to optimize our operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including store operations, HR, and executive leadership, to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improvement
* Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and presentation development
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
* Build strong cross-functional relationships with store operations, HR, and executive leadership
* Provide regular reports to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
* Travel requirements: occasional travel under 10% of the time
* Work environment: comfortable indoor setting with regular opportunities to move about
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job
* 3 years of work experience in a related field
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Experience driving high-performing teams
* Counseling and project management skills
* Solid retail and field knowledge
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Store experience and/or ASDS experience
* Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
