**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will work with Technical Outreach teams as an AI-informed expert to differentiate arenaflex to our clients. In this role, you will assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of arenaflex, explaining technical features, helping clients design models, and troubleshooting any potential issues. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in utilizing specific AI (ML) equipment developed by arenaflex (e.g., Tensor Processing Unit). You will work closely with clients and product development to shape the TPU stage.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with the team to identify and qualify business potential opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
* Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaborate with product management to focus on solutions impacting client adoption of arenaflex.
* Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex product combinations in client/partner environments.
* Suggest integration techniques, proof-of-concept models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex.
* Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as necessary.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Four-year certification or comparable functional experience.
* Experience in virtualization or cloud native designs in a client-facing or support role.
* Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience building AI systems and utilizing specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
* Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems.
* Experience in data and data management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations.
* Ability to advance rapidly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT innovation space.
