Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
