**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced and self-driven individuals to join our elite team of Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Inbound/Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support via phone and online chat.
* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
* Manage Customer Accounts: Update customer information, resolve billing issues, and provide technical support as needed.
* Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Online Chat Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate support.
* Interpret and Follow Procedures: Adhere to defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Creative Problem-Solving: Think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
* Flexibility and Adaptability: Adapt to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Extensive Self-Study and Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs, developing expertise in our products and services.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* Moderate to Advanced computer skills
* High level of comfort learning new technology
* High level of professionalism
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working from home
* Self-motivated and success-driven
**Preferred Experience**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish Bilingual, a plus

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Base Pay: $14.50 per hour
* Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
* Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
* Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
