**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and insurance recommendations to our customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with a focus on providing quality service and insurance solutions to meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide accurate and timely information, and strive for first call resolution.
**Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
* Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
* Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
* Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
**Requirements**
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
* US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
