* Be a safety advocate: Search for safety concerns and address them on a case-by-case basis.
* Establish team and individual objectives aligned with departmental and organization targets; Mentors and guides frontline colleagues in ability advancement, client care height, and company culture behaviors.
* Lays out and advances successful associations with colleagues that cultivate empathy, legitimacy, trustworthiness, regard, and pride.
* Successfully dispenses assets and offers suitable help to empower teams to achieve functional objectives in a safe way.

**Favored Capabilities:**
* Instruction and earlier professional training
* Past airport customer service experience
* 3 years experience leading others
* Knowledge of organization arrangements and systems and functional automation applications

* Has USPS clearance or the ability to obtain USPS clearance. USPS has a five-year US residency requirement
* Ability to work additional hours when there are functional requirements
* Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days-off
