**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers, vendors, and consumers while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process orders and order revisions accurately and timely, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Handle daily customer interactions, resolving inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat, and providing information about products, services, and company policies.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, including product issues, delivery problems, and service discrepancies.
* Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback, managing accounts, and supporting promotional activities.
* Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, communicating any delays or issues to customers.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints, generating reports to help improve customer service processes.
* Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any product quality issues reported by customers.
* Work with various departments, such as production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bi-lingual (Spanish) required
* Food manufacturing experience required
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of customer service experience
* Experience as a customer account manager
* Proven ability to support and communicate cross-functionally
* Experience with documentation of all customer interactions, especially complaints
* Experience with PO's and invoicing PO's
* Proficient in Excel, ERP's, and complaints platform (D365 preferred)
* Experience with B2B or B2B & B2C clients preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry
* Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
* Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
