Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from homeowners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Multitask across different communication platforms, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently to meet performance goals
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve homeowner issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with homeowners
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar customer service role, although not essential if you're confident in your ability to excel in this type of environment
