Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for solving complex support inquiries that involve software bugs or data issues, liaising with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals, and supporting them in their critical purchasing decisions and processes through the use of our platform.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving solutions to enhance the experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide our users with an excellent experience on our platform through live chats, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.
